Nervousness in the workplace is a symptom of aggression and violence. Constant stresses, work problems, misunderstanding, troubles with boss, and deadlines are alarming sings of the human capacity for revenge. Of course, every person may be nervous, but if it becomes regularity, person will react to different issues with increased tension. In addition, workload can be recognized as a major cause of nervousness – a warning sign of the human tendency to commit a serious revenge. Furthermore, socially isolated employee puts himself or herself at increased risk of mental instability that may be represented in relation to co-workers. Social self-isolation of worker is usually accompanied by loss of self-confidence; thus a person can expperience violence toward the generator of such feelings that increase his or her secret desire to revenge. Generally, self- isolated from social contacts man feels resentment against people who, as he believes, have provoked his present position. Thereby, a socially self-isolated worker wants to establish the justice, and severe revenge is the first thing that comes to mind. Disparaging behavior is one more red flag helping to identify an employee who is most likely to revenge. The purpose of offender in to put the co-worker down and ridicule him or her in front of other employees along with spoiling his or her reputation, which is the ultimate objective of revenge. In conclusion, a person can face violence everywhere – at home, in the workplace, public transport or supermarket. This phenomenon became a commonplace and thus many people suffer from it every day. Violence in the workplace may develop into severely damaging revenge. Employees who demonstrate intimidating behavior, sudden emotional changes, high interest in the weapon, nervousness, social self-isolation, disparaging behavior and make verbal or written threats are likely to commit severe revenge toward their co-workers.
